Mazie is operated by Thoth Dev LLC, Evansville, Indiana. By joining a Mazie family thread, you agree to these terms.
Mazie is a private, invitation-only text assistant for families. Each family texts its own Mazie number; messages are shared with the other people in that family's thread, and Mazie replies to help the family keep track of plans, reminders, and shared details, pass messages along, and send the check-ins the family asked for.
Participation is by invitation and consent only. The person who sets up a family adds each number after that person agrees to join. Before Mazie sends you anything else, you'll receive a confirmation message. See how people join for the full details. Mazie is not a public or marketing service, and we never send promotional messages.
Message frequency varies with your family's activity and the check-ins and reminders your family chooses — typically a few messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Mazie's subscription is billed to the person who signed the family up, not to other participants.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Mazie. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, ask the person who set up your family to add you again, then text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mazie uses standard text messaging and works with major US carriers on any phone that can send and receive texts.

Mazie only states what your family has told it and asks the family when it doesn't know. Reminders depend on the information your family provides, so please keep important plans confirmed with each other.
